How does Vivace Microneedling work?
Microneedling uses the body’s natural healing processes by creating micro-injuries to your skin in order to trigger new cell growth and collagen production. The Vivace technology goes a step further by using a smooth glide handpiece with varying depths specific to each treatment zone and
combining it with a peptide mask for irritation, a hydrating serum, and radiofrequency to amplify overall results.
What can I expect during my procedure?
As with all procedures at The Derm Lab Rx, you’ll start with an in-depth consultation. The treatment starts with a topical numbing cream before our provider uses the specialized combined microneedling radiofrequency device to penetrate the skin. Following the procedure, you’ll receive a soothing mask and finish with an ultra-hydrating serum application.
Is there any downtime with this treatment?
The Vivace Microneedling treatment has relatively little downtime, with patients experiencing redness or swelling immediately after the procedure, which generally resolves within a few hours.
Do I need multiple treatments?
You’ll be able to see improvement in over complexion after just one treatment. For best antiaging results, it’s recommended to receive three treatments, four to six weeks apart.
