Christina is a registered nurse and our lead nurse injector, who found her passion for medical aesthetics in 2009 and hasn’t looked back. Since the beginning of her career, she has trained under a multitude of renowned dermatologists and plastic surgeons, while also traveling the country as an educator & trainer for top injectable companies, such as Allergan and Merz Aesthetics.

Megan
Megan serves as the Practice Experience Coordinator at The Derm Lab Rx, helping ensure each patient feels welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their experience with our practice. An Arizona State University graduate with a degree in Communications, Megan brings a natural warmth, strong communication skills, and a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every patient interaction.
With previous experience in the medical aesthetics industry and a genuine passion for aesthetics and medical-grade skincare, she is excited to continue expanding her knowledge while helping create the seamless, personalized experience our patients have come to expect from The Derm Lab Rx.

Originally from Gilbert, Arizona, she now serves as a Front Desk Coordinator / Content Creator at The Derm Lab Rx, ensuring each guest receives an exceptional, personalized experience. While pursuing her aesthetician license and nursing prerequisites, Sakina is working toward her goal of becoming an aesthetic nurse. She is deeply inspired by the ever-evolving world of beauty and finds joy in learning new techniques that enhance both confidence and care. Our Story
What if we told you the story of our luxury med spa actually started in a small family-owned restaurant? It was there that our founder, Christina, spent her spare time soaking in the entrepreneurial spirit of her immigrant parents. The grit & the toughness it takes to start something from scratch was inspiring, but it was their ability to give back & create a community within their business that really stuck with her.
When she first discovered medical aesthetics after starting her nursing career, it was not nearly as common as it is today. After literally knocking on the door of every reputable plastic surgeon around, she started what would become over 20 years of impressive training and experience in one of the fastest growing niches of medicine.
But while working for & learning from others was an important step, she couldn’t help but think about what would be possible if she opened up her own practice. The freedom to hand-select her own team with shared values. To create a space that felt like a luxurious getaway. To create an experience for her patients that felt empowering. To have the ability to give back to her community. That’s The Derm Lab Rx
